Her healthy diet philosophy is that there is no one-size fits all diet, but there are changes everyone can make in order to improve their health. Kellie received her Bachelors of Arts from Willamette University in Speech Communication and a Bachelor of Science from Kaplan University in Nutrition, Health & Wellness. She has a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Certificate from Nutritional Therapy Association.
As an Ambassador for the American Heart Association and Mended Hearts Visitor, Kellie continues to devote her life and work to helping others find their healthiest diet too.
